Sales Manager - Role Responsibilities: Develop close relationships with new and existing key customer. Actively seek and identify profitable market opportunities. Lead the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to proposal issuance and securing the booking Assist the Business Unit Manager in the generation of annual booking and sales targets from both new and existing customers Accurately forecast and report weekly on bookings/sales and margins, ensuring visibility within the business Sales Manager - Candidate Requirements: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills Effective multi-tasking and time management skills. Able to accurately produce and analyse numerical data with attention to detail. The ability to develop and implement product marketing strategy, plan sales campaigns, prepare sales forecasts and lead / conclude the response and conclusion of all aspects of an RFP response. IT literate and confident in the use of the Microsoft Office. 1-2 years' demonstrable experience in business to business sales. Our client is offering: an annual salary of £28,000 to £30,000 PA (£13.46 p/h to £14.42 p/h), dependant on experience/salary expectations. Hit your year 1 targets? Expect your salary to increase to £31,500-£33,750 PA in your second year of employment. a highly lucrative commission scheme. If you hit your year 1 targets expect £50,000 on target earnings with an opportunity to boost up to £65,000 OTE.
