As a Support Worker you will play an important role in helping our customers to work towards their aspirations and goals.
You will be helping with everyday life, this means supporting with personal care (toileting / washing / dressing), administering medication, nutrition advice, meal planning and preparation.
Our Supported Living team provides care and support for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs, so that they can live their life, their way.
We are seeking caring and enthusiastic individuals to join our team, providing dedicated support to a young adult with complex needs in our LDA (Learning Disabilities and Autism) business unit.
You will be working closely with an 18-year-old with an acquired brain injury, mild learning disability, anxiety, and ADHD.
