Seven Social Care is looking for a Family Support Worker to work with Croydon Council as an agency worker. 37 hours per week Monday to Friday £16 per hour The Post holder will deliver an intensive, targeted and high quality whole family service for Croydon families who are identified as having disabled children and disabled young people who are at risk of poor outcomes or within statutory service. Role Purpose and Role Dimensions: Through the process of completing a comprehensive assessment of need, the worker will help families to make their own decisions about changes they need to make. Work with families will be through SMART planning and support, enabled by the use of the Strengthening Families approach. Full time hours 42 hours per week What you'll be doing: Smooth day to day running of the services Staff Management Record Keeping Data Entry Support Worker duties at times to support the team What you'll have: Desirable; Minimum of 1 years experience in the Health and Social care sector Desirable; Level 3 NVQ or QCF Diploma in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards Excellent interpersonal skills Great Communication Skills Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual. Great leadership skills.
