Are you an experienced Maintenance/Premises Officer available for immediate temporary work?
You'll be involved in various tasks to ensure the smooth running of daily operations, including working in the kitchen, dining areas, and performing general housekeeping tasks.
In this role, you will be essential in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our service users.
Your main responsibilities will centre around maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the service, with a strong focus on laundry duties.
Join Lakefields Neurological Centre (Application submitted subject to CQC registration) as a Maintenance Assistant where you will be part of creating a well- presented and safe environment for some of the most vulnerable people in society.
As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the services facilities are fit for purpose, gardening and will regularly conduct audits to identify and repair any faults ensuring a safe environment for service users, staff and visitors.
Working alongside an established team, you will turn your hand to all maintenance-related tasks, liaising with contractors to support the upkeep of the service.
If you have experience in a facilities based role with knowledge of Health & Safety standards and experience of managing a team and external contractors to ensure a safe and functioning environment, then join the team at Stanley House Neurological Centre in Bosbury as a Part Time Facilities Manager on a 6 month temporary basis.
As a valued member of the team, and with a team of your own, you will manage and oversee maintenance-related tasks, liaise with contractors and be responsible for ensuring the service's facilities are fit for purpose.
