Our client, a national public organisation are currently on the search for an Operations & Relationship Manager (Facilities Manager) to over see a group of their sites (4 in total) in and around Hounslow, West London.
Reporting into the Senior Operations & Relationship Manager's role will be to provide day to day management of the sites ensuring the safe and efficient running of the sites whilst working closely with tenants to maximise tenant satisfaction and improve utilisation.
The candidate will be expected to travel around this region to meet the needs of the role and so must have a driving license and access to their own transport.

The estate is set across a number of acres and has the tenants at the centre of the community; in addition to the commercial buildings, you will be responsible for the upkeep of the estate overall.
Key Responsibilities
Day to day management of the estate, providing exceptional levels of customer service to your tenants and attending monthly tenant meetings.
Our client is currently looking for an ongoing Temporary Facilities Manager to support the Estate Manager in West London.
Main Duties
Ensure that Health & Safety, emergency procedures and safe working practices are established, maintained and conform to current legislation, ensuring occupiers and staff are provided with a safe environment in which to conduct their core business activities.
To organise access arrangements between external contractors and operation teams to ensure works are carried out at suitable times to minimize any impact on operations.
The Resident Manager will be managing a team of 4 concierge and 2 caretakers and joining a team comprising of 2 maintenance and a 3rd party security team.
