Facilities Manager - £40,000 - £50,000 based in Weybridge, Surrey The successful Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the efficient operation and maintenance of multiple properties working directly with property managers. You will ensure that all buildings and facilities meet established standards of safety, functionality, and cost-effectiveness. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. Duties/attributes: Oversee and manage building maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Collaborate with property owners and tenants to resolve any facilities-related issues promptly. Undertake vacant property management inspections and arrange end of tenancy property preparations. Review and approve invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payment. To implement and manage health and safety compliance and audits Conduct routine inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks or hazards. Ensure that proper documentation is maintained for regulatory compliance purposes. Monitor and manage facility service contracts to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
