The estate is set across a number of acres and has the tenants at the centre of the community; in addition to the commercial buildings, you will be responsible for the upkeep of the estate overall.

Maintenance and Upkeep: To undertake and support the ongoing maintenance management routines of the development, aiming to ensure maintenance, upkeep and risk management tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
They should utilise the equipment, materials and other resources made available to them, work in collaboration with team members and contractors to ensure the highest quality of service is provided, commensurate with the requirements of any management contract, lease/s, service level agreement or otherwise.
The Caretaker will directly undertake internal and external upkeep and maintenance routines,reporting to the Maintenance Manager or Development Manager.
