As the Facilities Coordinator, you will take the lead on workspace management systems and be responsible for the implementation of a new booking system, which will manage meeting space bookings, event operations, building occupancy systems and visitor management services.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate previous experience as a Facilities Coordinator (or similar role), in particular, experience of reviewing business processes and implementing new systems.
You will have excellent organisational skills and a confident communicator with both internal personnel and external customers.

Facilities and Property Manager - Salary £45,000 (pro-rata)
Provide and maintain a high level of building maintenance support to our client's sites.
Form part of a team of facilities management support staff, ensuring that the service provided meets the contractual requirements and complies with all current regulations.
Ensure all assets are always maintained and in a compliant condition.
Our client are looking for an experienced Maintenance Operative / handy person to join their current in house team of Facilities Management engineers and maintenance staff delivering basic planned and reactive repairs and maintenance on their commercial properties on a temporary basis.
The ideal candidate for this role will have skills in a particular trade, such as plumbing, carpentry, painting & decorating, but be willing to turn their hand to any maintenance task.
