One of my leading clients are actively recruiting for a proactive and organized Contract Support Administrator to join their team on a flagship facilities maintenance contract. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of my client's hard services account on a critical contract in London, supporting both the onsite team and contract managers in delivering exceptional service to a high-profile client. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to the contract management team, assisting with day-to-day administration, scheduling, and documentation to maintain efficient contract operations. Client Communication: Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring clear and timely communication to resolve issues and provide information as needed. Financial Tracking: Assist with invoice processing, purchase orders, and cost tracking to support budget management and financial accuracy. Data Management: Maintain and update records, ensuring that all compliance and contract documentation is accurate, current, and easily accessible. Team Coordination: Schedule maintenance activities, liaise with engineers, and ensure prompt reporting of job completions, helping to maintain high standards of service delivery. Reporting: Generate regular reports on contract performance, job progress, and other KPIs for contract managers and the client. Requirements: Experience in an administrative role within facilities management or a similar industry is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to manage client interactions and team coordination. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CAFM systems is an advantage.
