The Facilities Administrator will work on a shift basis, organising scheduled and reactive engineering work orders ensuring response and completion within required time frames.
Key Accountabilities for the Facilities Administrator
Process scheduled and reactive works from initial raising of jobs to completion and invoicing.
Our client are a leading Facilities Management Service Provider who are looking to appoint a Facilities Administrator to assist with the coordination of engineering works and carrying out general administration tasks.
The ideal Facilities Administrator will have previous experience coordinating facilities services, have excellent IT and Customer Service skills and experience using CAFM system's.
Key Responsibilities
Liaising with engineers and contractors regarding job completions and the scheduling of PPM's and reactive work orders.
This role will report to the Facilities Manager and Executive Services Manager and is responsible for the smooth operation of the facilities function together with a range of administrative tasks.
This role would suit someone who has some office administration experience coupled with first class communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels.
