You will be providing leadership and direction to 5 team leads/managers as well as leading and directing development to increase the scope and depth of the services we offer.

The SWL Social Care Placements Programme Lead will lead delivery of the supported work placement programme ensuring it meets its aims and objectives and achieves high levels of participant outcomes.
Role purpose
The programme will have a specific focus on reaching and supporting communities that are underrepresented in the care sector to improve pathways into good work and provide the skills and wraparound support to improve individuals' health, well-being, and economic resilience.
You'll ensure seamless communication, keeping all stakeholders abreast of project progress and ensuring deliverables are met promptly and within budget.
Your focus on key client will involve crafting and executing strategic global plans for brand and retail, while other projects may encompass delivering exhibition stands, pavilions, conferences, virtual and hybrid events, and specialized activations.
Operating across multiple projects for key client demands exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
To help deliver the Social Care Paid Placements Programme funded by the Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) by providing comprehensive support to the SWL Social Care Placements Programme Lead and other officers by taking forward project work on the implementation of plans as they relate to strategic actions for employment and skills across the SWL area.
The role will require excellent communication and organisational skills and will involve liaising with a wide range of internal and external including local authorities, social care employers, colleges, and training organisations, DWL and voluntary and community sector partners.
