We are looking for passionate, dynamic and driven individuals who are passionate about nature conservation to represent the Canal and River Trust - one of the UK's biggest charities.
We are looking to build up a team around a young gentleman, to support with a long-term aim of moving out of the family home and into his own accommodation.
Shift Pattern/Hours available
Initially 20 hours per week.
General
We would like to find someone who can develop a trusting relationship with him, based primarily in the family home to begin with.
Intensive Support Key Workers will deliver our services both in fixed Remploy locations, co-location sites and community venues, to ensure our services are accessible to all.
An Intensive Support Key Worker is responsible for the attraction, registration and progression of participants, and will use a variety of techniques including effective diagnosis, individual coaching and training, action planning and Health & Wellbeing Support to achieve sustainable employment.
