You will provide support to a Community Team Social Worker, including accompanying them to visits and meetings with service users, where there may be issues to deal with which are sensitive and of potential conflict.
Duties of the Resource/Support Officer will include
Accompany the Social Worker to meetings and visits with service users and/or their carers, often away from the workplace and in the service users homes.
