Manage a caseload of learners and employers ensuring timely achievements and progression.
The role is to provide excellent teaching and learning sessions for Level 2 and 3 Customer Service and Level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeship standards, both face to face and remotely.
Support the raising of standards in accordance with the aims and strategic objectives of the organisation.
