Your responsibilities will include: Running a 360 desk in A&F expertise Develop and implement effective individual business and sales plans Scheduling Interviews between candidates and clients Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates. Conducting thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences.
