Our client, a distributor of specialist and high-quality equipment and services to the medical industry, are currently going through a rapid growth period and are recruiting for enthusiastic individuals to join their growing and busy team. They currently have an opening for a full-time Service Support Administrator based from their offices in Quedgeley. You will be responsible for supporting the team with processing of engineers reports & paperwork, customer quotations and logging customer faults. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a customer focused role and will be comfortable working as part of a team. To be considered you must have excellent communication skills with the ability to work to deadlines. Responsibilities: Data processing of pricing & sourcing requests Managing mailbox for supplier responses Booking in part deliveries Shipping parts to site for service jobs Follow up on exchange parts with suppliers Answer and assist with incoming calls Support the wider team with ay further duties as required Candidate Attributes: Previous experience in customer focussed role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good level of IT skills with the ability to use Microsoft applications Strong attention to detail Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm Salary: Up to £26,000 flexible working, private medical insurance, 25 days holidays bank holidays and team and social events!
