As a technical administrator, you will support the advisers of the firm with their clients, ensuring a high level of service is offered. You will be working alongside another Team Manager to ensure the smooth running of the order processing team. Delegating tasks to ensure the team completes workloads within tight deadlines. Implementing training needs and processes. Monitoring and managing the team functions.
