We are working with an affordable housing provider to assist them with their search for an interim Stock Condition Surveyor.
The main function of the role
To undertake surveys and reports, relating to the condition of the housing stock, that will inform strategic investment decisions, in addition to determining the age and lifetime of key building components (e.g., roof, windows, kitchens and bathrooms).
We are working with a social housing provider to assist them with their search for a Fire Risk Surveyor on a long term interim basis
The primary focus of the role is on fire safety, responsible for carrying out a number of fire and building safety related activities, such as weekly testing of fire alarms, monthly testing of emergency lighting, general site inspections and audits, fire door inspections, management of fire risk actions arising from fire risk assessments via a cloud-based system and other property related compliance duties.
You will support the work the organisation are doing around health, building safety and compliance made up of committed individuals who form the compliance team

Our Claims Technicians provide an excellent service to our customers ensuring enquiries are processed in a timely fashion via a variety of channels and predominantly work over the telephone.
Working within our Claims Operations team you will undertake a wide range of activities, building your technical knowledge of claims handling, the laws and regulations that governance the process and of course our product range and the business as whole.
