As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing property portfolio including advertising, letting, maintenance, arrears, and check-outs.

I currently have an opening for a Checkout Agent with an established letting agents in the West End of Glasgow.
Checkout Inspections and Deposit Returns Agent
You will play a pivotal role in facilitating smooth end-of-tenancy transitions by conducting detailed checkout inspections, negotiating deposit returns, and managing deposit disputes.
As a Residential Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales and raising awareness in the company's service-connected buildings and will be the face and voice of our Client's brand to potential customers.
About the role
You will conduct face-to-face selling of the company's service, taking all necessary steps to maximise the opportunity of the sales visit, delivering promotional materials, building rapport with residents, representing the company at events at residents' meetings, educating customers about our Client's products and collecting customers' feedback.
