As an estate agent valuer, some of the duties you would carry out include: Property Valuation: Assessing the value of residential or commercial properties based on market conditions, location, and property features. Market Research: Keeping up-to-date with property market trends, analysing comparable sales data, and understanding local demand. Client Interaction: Meeting with clients, discussing their property needs, and providing accurate valuation reports. Listing Properties: Maintaining and growing a healthy stock of available properties to sell. Documentation: Preparing valuation reports, legal documents, and contracts where necessary. Negotiation: Negotiating property prices with buyers, sellers, and other agents. Marketing: Collaborating with marketing teams to promote properties effectively. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
