This boutique consultancy were early adopters of taking Valuations out of wider service firms and investing in it as a specialism in its own right.
With a well-established and loyal client base, a strategic transaction of their own has yielded further investment, enabling them to not only take more market share but develop new specialisms at the same time.
We are working with an interntional law firm who are wanting to further strengthen their private equity team with the addition of a UK trained and qualified Associate with between 1-7 years' PQE.
The firm are looking for an Associate who has significant experience in private equity transactions and well-developed drafting and negotiation skills.
About You
The ideal candidate will have had exposure to a wide range of transactions, including buyouts, growth/minority deals, co-investments, joint ventures, exits, reorganisations and restructurings.
