This client-facing role requires technical expertise to ensure waste streams are managed compliantly and commercially.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hazardous waste and chemistry, using their knowledge to assess waste streams and ensure correct classification and disposal routes.
As Hazardous Waste Assessor in asmall and proactive team at our modern head office in Benson, South Oxfordshire, you will use your hazardous waste and chemistry knowledge to provide customer service and sales support to new and existing customers.
If you have a chemistry-related qualification and a background working as a Technical Assessor or similar, with a good understanding of the hazardous waste industry, then we'd love to hear from you at Grundon.

Carry out all operations associated with receipt, unloading, storage, manipulation, testing, loading and despatch of radiation source products/empty transport containers at/from facility in compliance with approved safety procedures, Environment Agency (EA) licence requirements and container licences.
Perform all aspects of operations whether undertaken on or off site in accordance with UK Health & Safety legislation, written procedures, complete all necessary documentation accurately and fully to prescribed formats as required by the Quality Management System (QMS) and container licences.
