As a part of the service department, the Service Engineer is responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing faults, and resolving issues related to Heat Pumps, Solar (PV and Thermal) systems, and associated equipment installations.

Service engineers are required to maintain cleanliness, safety, calibration, and operational functionality of their assigned vehicle, tools, and equipment.
The role includes the provision of a company-assigned vehicle for business use.
Initially focusing on solar thermal energy systems, the company has since broadened its horizons, now providing a diverse array of renewable energy solutions.
These include heat pumps, air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps, mechanical ventilation heat recovery, underfloor heating, and solar PV.
