We are looking for a Senior Electrical Projects Engineer to impart engineering leadership and excellence across our project portfolio, driving outstanding performance and inspiring a safety 1st culture. Leading and managing project electrical deliverables to meet customer, green gas solutions, and legislative requirements, ensuring appropriate standards and quality are delivered efficiently and expediently. Leading the electrical design and implementation of both permanent and temporary HV and LV electrical systems associated with Biomethane facilities. Building supply chain partners to ensure our product meets the buildability and quality requirements of the project. Working closely and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to optimise and influence the project outcomes. Leading quality assurance and compliance inspections and audits on HV and LV electrical systems installed during projects, including leading Factory and Site acceptance testing regimes. Implementing electrical maintenance regimes and management systems, acting as Green Gas Solutions Senior Authorised Person (SAP) on electrical systems. What you'll need To be a Chartered Engineer with a degree in an appropriate electrical discipline, holding a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience, in a relevant engineering or project environment. With experience working on and with HV and LV electrical systems, together with relevant experience of electrical plant isolations, safe systems of work, process plant commissioning / shutdowns. Skills and knowledge that are directly relevant to the Biomethane or Anaerobic Digestion (AD) environment are desirable but not essential. A proven track record in leading projects that deliver the highest standards of health, safety, and well-being together with a good understanding of process plants interactions and multidisciplinary awareness. To be an effective communicator. We recognise that all individuals have their own style, strengths, and weaknesses.
