Job Title: Electrical Project Manager Location: Suffolk Hours: 40 hours per week Contract: Permanent About the Role: We are seeking an Electrical Project Manager. You will oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales/Pre-Construction: Develop and monitor the project-specific delivery strategy. Manage all pre-construction activities to support the design process before the construction phase. Influence the design to ensure quality, profitability, and adherence to timescales. Procurement: Create and manage project procurement schedules. Propose and procure materials and plant equipment to meet project timelines and specifications. Select subcontract partners, ensuring technical, quality, and financial standards are met. Construction: Coordinate, plan, and program project activities. Take responsibility for all day-to-day aspects of project management. Conduct site visits and meetings to ensure progress and compliance with project specifications. Implement corrective actions and continuously review performance to ensure project goals are met. Commercial: Understand and monitor contractual obligations. Prepare financial reports and support Quantity Surveyors in all commercial activities. Deliver project-specific commercial strategies to ensure financial performance and project success. About You: Demonstrated project management and leadership skills. Ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels to ensure project objectives are met. Experience in developing and mentoring team members for optimal performance. Competence in analyzing and reporting financial information. About you Possess Care Certificate, a Diploma in Health and Social Care or related qualification. Level 3 QCF or willingness to undertake. Significant experience of supporting people with a learning disability or mental health issue and working in partnership with families and significant others. Have or be prepared to embed the service model associated with the customer group you are working for i.e., active support, life start or recovery star approach. An awareness and understanding or diversity issues, including non-discriminatory practice.
