Job responsibilities of the Overheating Assessor
Producing overheating TM52 and TM59 assessments, Part O assessments.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager an Energy Centre Engineer, will be required to carry out planned preventative maintenance on all our clients Energy Centres.
Providing accurate information and report all defects to be raised for repairs.
Carrying out repairs and supporting compliance tasks such as water testing to ensure the sites equipment are available at all times to ensure 99.5% uptime or greater.
