Key Responsibilities: Create, verify, and distribute QA documentation, managing technical delivery documentation and ensuring proper filing structures in MS Explorer. Investigate and resolve customer quality and technical issues, liaising with customers as necessary. Provide engineering and quality support to our offices in China and Vietnam, both remotely and in person. Offer engineering and quality insights to support the sales function. About you: Proficient knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, casting, fabrication, and injection moulding. Previous experience in an engineering component/product manufacturing environment. Previous experience in an OEM that designs and assembles their own products or a subcontractor supplying such companies. Ability to interpret technical drawings, standards, specifications, and engineering terminology. Familiarity with international quality standards such as ISO 9001, TS16149, etc. Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Explorer. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred but not essential.
