Technical Sales Engineer Responsibilities: Work with the Research & Development and Engineering Design Teams to resolve customer issues, make suggestions for new products or to implement modifications to existing products generated from discussions with potential or current customers. Technical Service Engineer required to join team within successful and expanding business in Lewes, East Sussex. The successful applicant will be happy to work from Company offices but also spend a fair amount of time out in the field (across UK). Within the office based part of this role duties will include answering technical questions and issues from customers via email, phone and Teams. Configuring equipment ready for installation whilst working on several projects at any one time. Whilst out on the road you will be visiting customer sites for installations, repairs and surveys.
