Digital Marketing Manager - 12 months Maternity cover - Rapidly growing Coventry based client - Paying up to £38,500. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for a period of 12 months for maternity cover. This will ideally include a one month period working alongside the Digital Marketing Manager prior to maternity cover beginning. You will also work alongside the wider marketing team working on campaigns and content calendars, driving brand awareness and customer growth. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning, creation and reporting on compelling and engaging content, across various channels including our website, social media, blogs, editorial and commercial resources. Duties include: Working collaboratively with the wider marketing team to create and publish compelling content that supports the business's short and long term priorities. Copywriting, proofing, and repurposing content for varied mediums including editorial, social media, blogs, and website. Constructing a content marketing calendar to ensure consistent messaging throughout the year, with clear reviews of success and outcomes to the wider business. Keeping up to date with industry and business development and driving this insight into new or revitalised content. Utilising SEO and keyword research tools to ensure content created supports wider website/digital goals. Supporting with EU marketing content and internal communications when required, such as our internal newsletter Ensuring brand consistency across our partner and customer websites, including Amazon, and other major retailers. Management and development of our online communities. Collaborating with external resources to create highly specialised and targeted content, including campaign-led, which you will then tailor to wider audiences and channels. Analysing and reporting on content performance, recommendations for improvement, and driving these changes through. Skills & experience you'll need to apply: Strong knowledge of digital content marketing and the impacts commercially. A portfolio of both long and short format editorial content. Excellent writing skills, including perfect spelling and grammar. A good knowledge of SEO & discoverability best practises. Ability to analyse and interpret data and optimise accordingly. Strong teamwork skills, a work ethic and a positive mentality. Experience with Wordpress, Canva, GA4 (or similar) and all major social media platforms. You will need to be methodical, meticulous, organised and be comfortable with managing multiple projects at once whilst delivering timely results. Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
