Developing opportunities to engage with tenants and landlords with the aim of improving the management of privately rented homes in the borough.
Providing advice, advocacy, and assistance to tenants on their rights and responsibilities and landlords/letting agents on their rights and obligations.
This role sits within the Residential Environmental Health Team and meets our commitment to assist landlords and tenants as well as supporting our work to tackle rogue landlords and letting agents exploiting tenants in in the area.
