We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Membership Recruitment and Partnerships Officer to drive the growth and development of our organisation's network.
In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting new members and fostering partnerships that align with our operational strategy.
You'll excel at promoting membership through events, presentations, and digital campaigns, with a keen ability to communicate passionately and persuasively.
As HR Officer, you'll be the go-to for all things HR, ensuring the workplace thrives.
From implementing HR policies to handling employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding, you'll play a key role in fostering a positive, compliant, and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
To identify, and develop strategic relationships with regional/key employer partners and organisations, and establish and grow a pipeline of sustainable employment opportunities within the region.
Focusing on growth employment sectors to identify new opportunities, and ensure we understand, and can adapt to changing market demands.
Working in a collaborative manner with both external partners and internal colleagues to minimise duplication of effort, and ensure personal, team and business targets/objectives are met.
