We're looking for a HR Advisor to join an industry leading organisation in a collaborative, established HR Team. You'd be joining initially on a 14 month FTC to have a real focus on Employee Relations. Although an all rounded, collaborative HR Team, each person has a leaning towards a specialism. Although this is a Fixed Term Contract, they're still looking for someone who can make a real difference in the organisation! Key Responsibilities: To provide advice & guidance to employees and management on HR Policies, procedures and best practice Server as the main point of contact for Employee Relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary, grievance handling etc Support transformation programmes Conduct detailed investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions Support colleagues & manages with well being and welfare issues Participate in developing and facilitating manger workshops & training sessions on HR related topics. This is a great opportunity to join an organisation in an established and secure environment where you'll be able to make a real difference. We're just looking for someone who has experience handling Employee Relations issues and cases as well as a good broader HR knowledge This is a hybrid role based in Manchester City centre so you do need ot be a commutable distance from the city centre.
