You will have a variety of employee relations casework which includes discipline, grievance, capability, inclusion and TUPE.
This is a new role that will work across the organisation, empowering Managers and Team Leaders to do their best for their teams through advising, leading, coaching, navigating their people challenges.
Reed HR looking for a Regional Employee Relations Specialist to join one of our fantastic client's organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance issues, performance management, and absence management.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that promote positive employee relations and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
HR Business Partners fulfill a client-facing role, involving playing an integral part in the employee relations area of an organisation, working at a strategic and an operational level, and driving business initiatives.
Take the lead to deal with critical issues and problems as they arise for client projects and retained solutions that include: Absence management, Disciplinary & Grievances, Settlements & Exits, Dispute resolution, Mediation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Crisis Management, Employment Law, HR advice, Health & Safety, Strategy & Planning, Management, and Employee relations.

Reporting to a fantastic Customer Service Manager, and working within beautiful, modern offices, our client offer attractive remuneration of £29K - £31K , plus a team bonus scheme, based on KPIs, pension scheme, holidays starting at 20 (BH), but rising with service, plus many other perks!
