Key responsibilities Mediate employee disputes, ensuring policy consistency. Guide on workplace behaviour, performance, and discipline. Investigate complaints impartially. Aid in restructuring and redundancy projects. Provide risk assessments to senior management. Coach HR Advisors on best practices. Develop HR policies in compliance with laws and best practices. Create and deliver training programs on various topics. Analyse employee relations metrics and offer insights. Identify areas for proactive intervention. Key skills Experienced HR leader with expertise in core disciplines. Knowledgeable in UK Employment Law and strategic application. Skilled in managing complex employee relations.
