Employee Relations Manager Our client a leading car and vehicle company are seeking an Employee Relations Manager to join their growing team, based in South, this would be a full time, permanent position, offering a Hybrid working model of 3 days remote working and 2 days at either their Essex or Surrey site, this would be offered after the 3month probation period. They would be offering a salary of up to £40,000, plus bonus and other company benefits. What will you be doing? As the ER Manager, you will have extensive HR experience, ideally gained in a retail or blue-chip environment, you'll be up to speed with the latest developments in employment law. You will be responsible for the end-to-end case management of disciplinary and grievance investigations, meetings and appeals consisting of conducting witness interviews, collating findings, and producing reports and outcome letters. You will be managing around 20 to 30 cases at one time, some more complex than others. This will be a standalone position, supporting 3 of the company's business partners. What skills will you have? As the ER Manager you will have a minimum of 3 years generalist HR Experience, you will have the experience of managing complex cases from start to finish, and experience with preparing court bundles. You will excellent organisational, communication and influencer skills. You will have the ability to challenge decisions and problem solve effectively. You will hold a CIPD or HR degree qualification. You will have a full UK driver licence. Automotive experience would be an advantage although not essential. What benefits are on offer?
