Working within a high performing central HR function you will play an integral part on the continued development of the people team, supporting a range of hiring managers with ER related cases, providing coaching as and when required.
Providing proactive, professional HR advice and guidance.
Building effective working relationships with your stakeholders across the business, including Trade Union representatives, you will provide timely advice and guidance on a wide range of HR practices.
General
The HR Advisor will work with our people managers to address issues across the business, spotting trends and sharing knowledge on individual ER cases to ensure best practice is developed and used.
HR Business Partners fulfill a client-facing role, involving playing an integral part in the employee relations area of an organisation, working at a strategic and an operational level, and driving business initiatives.
Take the lead to deal with critical issues and problems as they arise for client projects and retained solutions that include: Absence management, Disciplinary & Grievances, Settlements & Exits, Dispute resolution, Mediation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Crisis Management, Employment Law, HR advice, Health & Safety, Strategy & Planning, Management, and Employee relations.
Strategy & Planning
Develop people strategies/plans that help drive business performance.
Working closely with the HR Employee Relations Manager, the HR Business Partners and the HR Services team to provide proactive and commercial HR advice and guidance to the business to assist them in delivering their overall business strategy.
As an HR Advisor, your role involves advising and coaching managers on various people management matters, including disciplinary processes, performance management, and absence.
