We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to immediately join a large organisation to support their Employee Relations team for the next 2-4 months initially.
You will manage around 20-30 Employee Relations cases at any one time and provide end to end HR support to the line managers and employees involved.
You will need to come with a strong background managing an ER caseload but in particular with sickness management, grievance and disciplinary cases.
Duties/Responsibilities: Managing an employee relations caseload and providing advice on employment terms and conditions, as well on complex casework e.g.
Supporting presenting officers with formal investigations including their preparation and collation of documentation and correspondence Supporting managers at formal hearings and appeals including dismissal appeals Working with trade unions to resolve complex employment matters at an early stage Advising on organisational change e.g.
Grievances, disciplinaries, absence management and capability.
You will be supporting with employee relations casework and coaching managers to carry out their own support to their teams.
Our client, a leading third sector business with multiple sites across the South, have an exciting requirement for a People Advisor to join their small People Advisory team.
In this predominantly home-based role, you will be working closely with a Business Partner, supporting your internal customer group across multi-sites throughout the South, providing low level ER advice and guidance where appropriate.
