This company is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their team.
As an Employee Relations Advisor you will be responsible for managing an employee relations caseload and providing advice on employment terms and conditions.
Large Housing Association requires an HR Advisor with expertise in complex Employee Relations case management for a 2-3 month period.
Pay rate is £22-£24 PAYE or £28-£31 Umbrella
Main responsibilities
Covering all areas of employee relations - handling grievance's, disciplinaries, performance management, probations and ill health capability, through to appeal level.
As an HR Advisor, you will provide advice, guidance, and support to managers on all areas of employee relations including grievances and discipline, attendance management, performance management, termination of employment on grounds of capability, equality and diversity and potentially organisational change.
Were seeking an experienced HR Advisor / HR professional to join a large public sector organisation based on the Isle of Wight for a temporary contract from 2-4 months
