Responsibilities
To work through generated renewal invites, carrying out underwriting and contacting clients by telephone with the intention of closing policies due for renewal.
You will operate as a benefits specialist, overseeing and supporting the delivery of consultancy services across one or more of our services (from Pensions and Financial Wellbeing to Group Risk and Healthcare) for a broad portfolio of Corporate clients.
You will be expected to support the development of strong client relationships and strategy to continually seek opportunities to grow our client services & revenues.
To manage a team of First Response Unit Motor Claims Handlers who take the initial notification and manage the claim within the first 48 hours, promptly assessing the liability position on the claim whilst providing first class service to our customers.
To lead by example and endorse the company behaviours and values.
To drive forward the objective to manage claims effectively to deliver the right outcome for our Customers and Haven Insurance.
