Day to day
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives for the European market.
The Marketing Specialist develops and executes marketing communication programs to support strategic initiatives and drive segment specific revenue growth.
The marketing specialist would also be responsible for developing campaigns using a segment and targeted approach to deliver a high level of engagement.
You will be responsible for lead generation, lead pipeline acceleration and lead conversion that delivers revenue.

In this role, you will be supervising the planning of meetings and special events within the organisation, encompass all logistical elements such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and AV equipment coordination.
With your diligent monitoring of event budgets and the preparation of regular cost reports, you will work to ensure that project and departmental objectives are met.
The Marketing Manager will deliver effective marketing campaigns and will be based in our marketing and administration hub in North Oxford as well as being a regular visitor to the other sites.
