As portfolio performance manager in our Credit Risk team you will take the lead on linking the financial debt plan to credit risk strategies and operational requirements across debt management, to ensure that the plan becomes reality.
You will also lead on building a holistic data plan for the debt function, utilising all available internal and external data sources to optimise data lead opportunities to improve performance, enhance experience and reduce costs.
You will ensure that the debt function has the right high level KPIs in place to show whether performance is at the expected level to hit our plans and with your team, you will lead on high level reporting and management information for the debt function, including board level materials.
Working with the Senior Credit Risk Manager, you will be driving performance across our debt processes to help our customers become debt free and drive value to the business
As a Credit Strategy Lead, you will be working within our Credit Risk Team.
