Role Purpose: We are seeking a dedicated Building Services Engineer (Electrical) to join a Local Authority's Resources Directorate within the Property and Asset Management Division.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management, inspection, and monitoring of our mechanical building services and equipment, under the direction of the M&E Maintenance and Compliance Manager.
Additionally, this role involves designing and managing both minor and major contracts, delivering our Planned Maintenance Programme, and overseeing contracts and service level agreements for property services provision.
Salary/Package - £35,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience, Working Pension, 24 days holiday excluding Banks, Van/Fuel card, PPE/Tools
Location / Working Hours Preston, 7:30 - 4pm, half hour for lunch (with flexibility) Overtime Paid - Double Time all the time!
