We are excited to be hiring two new Registration Support Officers to join our fantastic Registration team in Guildford.
The team is based at Guildford Register Office Artington House, 42 Portsmouth Road, Guildford although there will be occasions when you will be expected to work from other Surrey Register Offices.
This full-time, permanent position has a starting salary of £29,697 per annum based on a 36-hour working week.
To perform accurate and timely employee administration and transaction processes using systems (unit 4) where appropriate, to agreed standards and targets.

The role holder will receive and resolve straightforward queries from employees/managers or schools/external customers, as referred by 1st Line; and assist the team to develop and maintain appropriate systems and processes.
As the Administrator within the Service Department you will be using the CRM system Salesforce, this is the system where the client manages the maintenance tickets of the ticket vending machines.
