About The Role Your main aim will be to carry out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, litter control, polishing, dusting and emptying bins along with cleaning of dedicated toilet facilities and staff areas including kitchen, utensils, and equipment such as microwaves, fridges, dishwashers, kettles and toasters all within the management suite of the shopping centre. In addition to using of standard manual tools such as mops, ketches, cloths, dusters, chemicals and brushes, there will also be the use of both suction cleaning machines, steamers, carpet cleaners pedestrian scrubber dryers. You will be working Monday to Friday, 17:00 to 19:00, 10 hours per week, on a permanent, part-time basis. Duties / Responsibilities: Ensure that areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times. Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times. Use of chemical competence and COSHH guidelines. Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly. Assist with sustaining a winning destination shopping centre in the heart of Sunderland. Customer Service Administrator required for a new, full-time role in Sunderland. This is to start ASAP and is long term, ongoing. The Role Working as part of a friendly team, you will take calls from customers and arrange for surveyors to attend their property, the requests also come via email. Once the appointments are booked, you will email the customer to confirm. This is a busy role and you will take around 30 calls per day. This is NOT a call centre, it is an office environment. Working hours are flexible and can be either 7.30am-4.30pm or 8am to 5pm Mon to Fri.
