We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Assistant to provide support to our Service User, a 91-year-old individual with early-stage dementia.
The Home Care Assistant will be responsible for visiting the Service User nine times a week to assist them with getting out of bed, washing, and taking medication in the morning.
The Service User is fully capable but requires assistance with daily activities to ensure their well-being and safety.
