A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to inspire and motivate students. An understanding of SEN strategies and interventions. A flexible and adaptable approach to meet the diverse needs of students. A relevant qualifications or certifications are desirable but not essential. We are looking for SEN tutors with a genuine passion for transforming the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners in an SEN provisions across Ellesmere Port. This role is perfect for qualified SEN teachers who are eager to work 1:1 or group tutoring with children and young people with a variety of learning needs, in a creative, flexible, holistic, and trauma-informed manner, to raise their engagement and drastically improve the outlook of their educational journey.
