You will then have the opportunity to be paired with one our partnered Schools, whether your interest be; Complex Needs, Social, Emotional and Mental Health, or Profound Learning Difficulties. You will be expected to complete online training to help develop your understanding of Education and child development, paired with a Full Time (Paid) position within one of our schools. You will have lots of schools to choose from based on your area of preference, skills and ability with children. If you're a passionate individual looking to make a difference to children's lives and support their educational journeys, this is for you! About the Role: Full-time and Part-time available! Tailor your programme around your interests - Complex Needs, SEMH, Mainstream, Speech and Language, Autism etc. Develop key skills in these areas! Managing Pupils Behaviour to Improve Learning - In secondary schools behaviour management can be a concern, this course helps you look at how to help students focus and reduce behavioural issues. Effectively Working with Other Adults in School - When working in SEND schools, you're part of a massive team, working with other teaching assistants, teachers, SLT and office staff to protect the welfare of children.
