This role will provide an opportunity to work within a growing, ambitious and aspirational Trust and provide support, challenge and guidance to schools within or considering joining the Trust, as well as developing, implementing and quality assuring Trust strategies for improving the quality of education.
Our current DOE is retiring at the end of the autumn term and we would like to appoint a successor who is ambitious, strategic and strives to ensure that every child within our Trust receives the best possible education.

This role is perfect for qualified SEN teachers who are eager to work 1:1 or group tutoring with children and young people with a variety of learning needs, in a creative, flexible, holistic, and trauma-informed manner, to raise their engagement and drastically improve the outlook of their educational journey.
