Wandsworth Sensory Support Service is a provider of education for children and young people who are deaf, blind or have multiple sensory impairments.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly motivated and skilled team as a Teaching Assistant within the Willow Hearing Support Centre based at Sellincourt Primary School in Tooting.
The Willow currently has twelve primary aged deaf children who follow a mainstream curriculum with added specialist support from the Hearing Support Centre.
You must be enthusiastic about improving the lives of pupil's with Autism and their families and be committed to learning and developing your own skills and abilities.
Job PurposeTo manage the office administration; working as part of the Snowflake School Staff Team, promoting the values and ethos of the school, under the instruction and guidance of the Assistant Head Teacher.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Be aware of and comply with, all school policies and procedures including those relating to child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality and data protection, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.

Your role will be providing support to a variety of children in KS3/KS4 on a 1:1 and 1:2 basis who are diagnosed with Autism and additional learning needs.
