This is a stand-alone role and the HR Manager will be responsible for supporting the SLT and all staff in: Employee Relations, Performance and Absence Management, full Recruitment process including compliance, training and liaising with Occupational Health, Finance and Payroll whilst ensuring a positive workplace culture that aligns with the school's values.
